We're a husband-and-wife team with more than 30 years of combined experience in the GTA and Niagara markets. Françoise is a Realtor® with eXp Realty and Keith is a Broker.

 

In 2025, we sold our home in Vaughan and bought in St. Catharines, downsizing from about 2,900 square feet to 1,400. We chose the Lakeview community near Lake Ontario. That move wasn't just personal. It's the same move we help clients make every year, and living it first-hand changed how we talk about it.

 

Our specialties are the transitions that require more than a sign on the lawn: downsizing after raising a family, relocating from the GTA to Niagara, divorce real estate handled with structure and discretion, first-time buyers entering a complicated market, and leasing clients who need a home while they figure out their next step.

 

We provide one month of professional staging with every listing, coordinated through our network of trusted stagers. We negotiate hard, communicate clearly, and don't disappear after you sign.
